We are looking for

a student assistant with a passion for education, problem-based learning and an interest in/knowledge of AI and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate responds quickly to requests and works in a proactive and self-directed way. You will work collaboratively with the EDLAB education innovation team on different innovation activities aiming to improve the PBL learning and teaching experience.

The duration of this position is for a year with the possibility to extend. You will work approximately 8 hours on a flexible hour base. Salary will be according to scale 6 (year of study) cao-NU.

Tasks

- Support education innovation projects (e.g. GenAI and PBL, student-staff co-creation, global
citizenship education);
- Help organize community events such as TeachMeets, Education Days and StudentMeets;
- Collaborate with the team and bring in ‘student voice’;
- Communicate EDLAB output to UM teaching staff.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Experience and affinity with GenAI and other emerging technologies;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Professional and responsible attitude;
- Proactive and open minded.

We are looking for

employees to act as Emergency Response Officers for evening lectures and events during the academic year 2024-2025. You are visible at the location and able to respond in case of an emergency. You are available for several shifts per week.
